i-Enquire has several functions to it.
1. i-Process Server will allow the busy Solicitor to instruct a professional Process Server directly through their iPhone from the field. Imagine (if you will) that a Solicitor (Lawyer) is in court and has just obtained a Court Order on behalf of their client. They need to get that order served ASAP. They don’t want to wait until they arrive back at the office as that may take an hour. They also don’t want to wait for the court to produce the Order as that typically takes hours. They can instruct the professional Process Server via i-Enquire and have an answer by the time they arrive back in their office. An Allied Detectives process server can pick up the papers from the court and serve the same day!
2. i-Investigator will allow the client to instruct an Allied Detectives professional investigator directly from their iPhone in confidence. The client can rest assured that the investigator is fully qualified, a member of a trade recognised association and is fully insured. Allied Detectives only use investigators that have been personally checked out by the principals of the agency. Once instructed, the investigator will follow through and report back to the client via email.
